| An Attitude of Gratitude Will Take You So High, You'll Need A Parachute! |
1. Send a Thank You card everyday to someone who did something kind for you.
2. Keep a Gratitude Journal and write down three (3) things you are grateful for everyday.
3. Say a small prayer of thanks to your Creator each morning when you wake.
4. Say "please" and "thank you" often.
5. Give someone the best gift ever...you. Giving your time shows your appreciation to that person.
6. Tell your spouse and/or children how much you appreciate them.
7. Tell someone they are doing a good job and mean it.
8. Do one random act of kindness today.
9. Share a book, an ice cream, a meal with someone you love.
